Travobite is a marketplace connecting travellers with independent photographers. Travographers are self-employed professionals, not employees of Travobite.
Payment is authorised at booking and held in escrow. Funds are released to the Travographer after the session is marked complete.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session receive a full refund. Later cancellations may be partially refundable per the Travographer policy shown at checkout.
Sessions begin once a one-time code is verified by both parties. This protects attendance for travellers and Travographers alike.
Travographers must hold the rights and licences required for their work, including drone permits where offered, and deliver galleries within the stated timeframe.
Reported issues are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, which may issue refunds, release escrow, or remove accounts that breach these terms.
